Earth Kitchen was designed and developed by team members, Tina Easley, Seeta Rampersad, and Jason D'eath. From the Earth Kitchen team:

Our objective is to help baby boomers make the switch from a conventional diet to an organic diet or a combination of the two by providing entertaining, yet accurate information about buying organic food and cooking delicious recipes.

Proposed as a transmedia project, the mobile application and monthly newsletter components remain in planning stages. The website was designed, developed and deployed with Joomla, a content management system.
